  • Do you have a size chart?
    We know how important sizing is to you, after all, no doubt, you want to wear your new Coco Palm pieces as soon as they arrive. As we have all experienced, measurements often vary from one designer to another, and as such, clothing sizes can fluctuate from piece to piece. Though most of our pieces are “true to size”, via the information below, we do our best to help guide you in selecting your size. In addition to the chart below, where possible, we have included further information within item descriptions to assist you in understanding the item’s fit. We want you to be happy with your new pieces, so if you can’t decide on a size, or have any questions regarding the sizing of a specific product, please email us at coco@cocopalmandco.com or chat with us via out chat feature on or website www.cocopalmandco.com When determining your size, you should always measure yourself. To assist you in doing so, we are also providing you with the following guide, to be used with a measuring tape. Be sure that you are standing straight, when measuring yourself, or when having someone measure you. Bust: With your arms lifted, measure under your armpits, over the fullest part of your bust, and around your back. Be relaxed, yet straight, and do not tug tight on the measuring tape. Waist: Ensure that you are measuring the smallest part of your natural waist. This is typically approximately an inch over your navel. The measuring tape should fit comfortably, around your waist. Do not measure while holding your stomach in. You want to be sure you are relaxed. Hips: Ensure you are measuring around the fullest part of your hip. Inseam: To measure the length between your groin area and your ankle, you will need assistance from someone else. Have them use the measuring tape to measure the area. If you do not have someone who can assist, you can measure the length of the area on a pair of pants you already own with a length you like. Note: The measurements being provided are listed in inches and are standard U.S. measurements for women’s clothing. However, they may vary by designer.
  • What carrier do you use for shipping?
    All of our orders are shipped with 2 to 3 day priority shipping using USPS or UPS.
  • How soon will my order ship?
    All orders will be shipped within 72 hours. This allows time to processing of your order. Please note that Sundays and holidays may impact this timeline.
  • What if there are shipping delays or if my product is damaged during shipping?
    Once an order has been shipped, Coco Palm is not responsible for delays with the carrier. If your order is lost or damaged in the mail, you will need to contact the carrier to file a claim with them. If your order is marked as delivered by the carrier, but you did not receive it, you will need to contact the carrier directly to seek assistance from them in locating your shipment.
  • What is your return and exchange policy?
    When you are happy with your Coco Palm & Co. purchase & with our commitment to you, we are happy. We understand that sometimes, upon receiving your order, the items may not meet your expectations due to fit or other reasons. That’s why we are committed to making your return/exchange process as simple and as smooth as possible. Your happiness and satisfaction are our goals. Please review our return/exchange policy below. To initiate a return or exchange, please read the policy below and email us at coco@cocopalmandco.com within 14 calendar days of delivery. Your email should include the following information. We will respond within 48 hours with next steps. Subject Line: Return Request for Order # [enter your order number] Within email, include the following: Customer Name Order Number Return Item #(s) / Item Name(s) (located on your order details and on item tag) Reason for Return with Clear Description (include pictures, if possible) Return Type Preference (select one) Option 1: Refund to Original Payment Method Option 2: Store Credit (includes a $5 bonus in loyalty points) Option 3: Exchange for Same Item in New Size (please include new size) ____________ Important Note: All pieces are inspected by Coco's team, prior to shipment, in an effort to ensure a final quality check. As such, all returned pieces must be received by us in the same condition that they were shipped in (i.e.: no perfume or other odors, no stains, including deodorant stains, tags must be attached, no signs of wear and tear, no pet hair, etc). RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY • Returns must be initiated by you within 14 days of delivery to qualify for a refund, store credit or exchange. Items must be in new, original condition with all vendor tags attached and must not be worn, used, altered, or washed. They must be free of any odors, damage and wear and tear. Items returned that are not in original condition, or that meet the aforementioned descriptions, are not eligible to be returned and will not be accepted for a refund, store credit or exchange of any kind. • While we hope you can always find your perfect size on the first try, if what you ordered is too large or too small, we provide no cost exchanges for the same style in a different size, for eligible products and subject to availability, within 14 days of delivery. We can also provide an option for store credit or refund. Once you initiate your refund/exchange we will send you a new size of the item you are exchanging at no cost (subject to availability). If the item you are requesting is not available in your desired size, you will have the choice to receive a refund or store credit. • We want you to be happy with this process, therefore Return Shipping is on us! Once your return/exchange is initiated, we will provide you with a shipping label that can be adhered to the original packaging for your return/exchange. Please do not use your own shipping label, as we cannot cover the shipping fees for any label other than the one we provide you with, personally, nor will we refund for such fees. We only provide labels for items to be shipped from locations we ship to, United States and Puerto Rico. • Refunds will be to the original payment method. If you wish to receive store credit instead, simply let us know, so that you may choose another Coco Palm & Co. item. We want you to love what you buy, so we encourage you to receive store credit, rather than a refund, and when you do, we will award you $5 worth of Coco’s Loyalty Circle reward points. Note that the loyalty rewards points offer will not be applied for orders paid partially or in full with online credit. Limit one Bonus Credit per order. Additional Return Requirements: Clothing • Items must be in new condition; unworn, unwashed, with the hygienic liner (if applicable), and all vendor tags attached in order to be accepted. Products returned with damage, signs of use or wear, scuffs or markings, makeup, hairs or fiber, dander, dust or dirt, deodorant, perfume, or otherwise do not meet our return policy requirements and will not be accepted. • Items sold as sets must be returned with the correct sizes, as sold. • Items must be returned inside protective packaging, such as the polybag or box it was originally shipped with, to keep them safe in transit back to us. Clearance and Final Sale Products • Products marked as final sale and/or clearance are not eligible for returns or refunds. • Select final sale items purchased above $25 are eligible for size-based exchanges. Bags • Bags must be in new condition with all vendor tags attached, in order to be accepted. Products returned with damage, signs of use or wear, scuffs or markings, makeup, hairs or fiber, dander, dust or dirt, deodorant, perfume, or otherwise do not meet our return policy requirements and will not be accepted. • Items sold as sets must be returned as sold. • Items must be returned inside protective packaging, such as the polybag or box it was originally shipped with, to keep them safe in transit back to us. Bags sold with a duster bag, but be returned with the duster bag Gift Cards • Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded. Accessories • Accessories need to be returned in their original packaging, as complete sets or pairs (depending on product). Certain accessories are not eligible for returns.   • How long do I have to return an item?
    All returns/exchanges must be initiated by emailing coco@cocopalmandco.com within 14 days of delivery. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy for further details.
  • Will you refund me for my return?
    We do allow returns for refunds if items are returned in the same condition as they were shipped. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy for details.
  • May I return clearance items?
    Clearance items are FINAL SALE and will not be accepted for returns or exchanges
  • Are there any other items considered final sale, and therefore, not eligible for return or exchange?
    Any other items not part of clearance, that are final sale, and not eligible for return or exchange, will be marked as such.
  • How do I initiate a return or exchange?

  • Can I return a damaged item?
    If you receive an item in damaged condition, you must report it to us within 3 days of receiving merchandise. Please contact us at cocopalmandco@gmail.com for assistance. Note: We check all items for stains, tears, damage, etc, before we ship to you. Therefore, all return items must be received by us in the exact condition in which you received it. Items must be unwashed and unworn. If an item is retuned with stains, including make-up, your return will not be accepted, and it will be returned to you at your expense. Items damaged during shipping should be claimed with the carrier.
  • What does your privacy policy apply to?
    It is important for us to protect your information. As such, our privacy policy applies to information that you provide us with, when interacting with us, including when placing an order. These actions include, but are not limited to: Your use of our application and services as a customer, including the placing of orders Your receiving communication from us including newsletters, emails, calls, or texts
  • What data do you collect?
    As a customer, when you place and order, or when you are in process of placing an order, personal data is collected. This includes (1) Account information such as your name, email address, and password, and (2) Payment information such as your billing address, phone number, credit card, debit card or other payment method. When providing us information, If you provide us, or our service providers, with any Personal Data relating to other individuals, you represent that you have the authority to do so and acknowledge that it will be used in accordance with this Privacy Statement. Additionally, upon accessing our website, browser cookies are used to collect information about your visit. Though most browsers will provide you information about cookies, you may set up your browser to refuse cookies. Information collected about your visit to our site may include login information, IP addresses, and your time zone. We also do not knowingly collect data from children.
  • What is the purpose of collecting such data, and will you sell, exchange, or transfer it?
    When you place an order, subscribe to our emails, or register with Coco Palm, you provide information that includes your name, billing and shipping address, phone number, email address and credit card information. This information is collected by us in that moment. The information that you provide us with is used to process your order, ship your order, communicate with you about your order, and if you have subscribed to our emails, to communicate with you about sales, new inventory, and other key and new information about Coco Palm. Your information will never be sold, exchanged, transferred or given to any other company for any reason.
  • Legal Duties
    We may disclose or otherwise allow access to your Personal Information pursuant to a legal request, such as a subpoena, legal proceedings, search warrant or court order, or in compliance with applicable laws.
  • Who powers your website and what are their privacy policies?
    Our website is powered by WIX.
