Why Pre-Order?
Pre-ordering allows you to secure highly anticipated items before we release them, guaranteeing you get your preferred size, color, and/or print, rather than running the risk of it selling out.

Will These Items Be Sold Outside of Pre-Orders?
Items that we put up for pre-orders, in most cases, will not be released for regular in-stock purchase. This means that the only way to guarantee you land that pre-order item you love is through our pre-order program.

So, How Does the Pre-Order Program Work?
Each week we will release a new pre-order collection on Sundays by 7:00 p.m. The collection will remain available for pre-orders through the following Saturday, or while pre-order availability remains available. You may place your pre-order during this time. Payment will be due at time of pre-order placement and you will receive an order confirmation email.

When Will I Receive My Order?
On average, pre-orders will be shipped between 3 to 6 weeks from order date, depending on brand, but please refer to item descriptions for estimated delivery time for each item. Note that items may arrive in multiple shipments. 

Can I place a pre-order and include in-stock items in the same order?
Yes, your online order can include pre-order items and in-stock items. Note that items will arrive in separate shipments.
