Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Coco Palm & Co.! We are committed to providing you with a smooth and transparent shopping experience, which includes reliable and quick shipping.

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Shipping Notification: You will receive a separate email notification with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

  • High Volume Periods: During peak seasons (such as holidays or major sales events), processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience during these times!

  • Order Tracking: Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available once you receive the shipping notification.

We ship all orders using either USPS Priority Mail or UPS, depending on the size, weight, and destination of the package, and are charged as follows:

Orders under $100 Sub-total: Shipping cost will be calculated at check-out

Orders of or over $100 Sub-total: Shipping is free


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged: If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at cocopalmandco@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item's condition and the packaging. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

  • Loss or Theft: Coco Palm & Co. is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery to the provided address. If you suspect your package is lost or has been stolen, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS) using your tracking number.
